Selling Used Rails

COMMODITY:  Used Rails (R50‐R65)  

DELIVERY PER MONTH:  From 50.000 MT / Month

PACKING: Break Bulk & Bundle  

CUTTING PRICE: Included

DELIVERY: Within 30‐60 days of the contract, with POF and LC payment.  

PRICE: USD $235.00 / MT  / CIF ASWP

PARTIAL SHIPMENT: Will be Allowed by contract. 

INSPECTION: Loading port SGS agency at seller’s expenses and 

buyer’s expenses at unloading port ( final  destination). 

TERMS OF PAYMENT: Letter of credit (LC) MT 700 Irrevocable, Confirmed transferable 100% at sight 

from top 50 prime banks with the full conditions of the commercial invoice. LC should be for the total 

value of the quantity covering the first shipment of the first trial of 50.000 metric tons with full commercial 

invoice (by buyer’s bank).  The Quality and quantity certifications will be made by SGS.

Payment by DLC at loading port as per shipment  quantity. 2% PB provided by seller.
